During certain times of the year—especially around late October and November—the timing of the final ride may allow guests to experience the Miami skyline as the sun is setting while returning to the marina.

This is the closest experience we offer to a Miami sunset jet ski tour. We do not operate night jet ski tours in Miami.

Weather Delays, Cancellations & Refunds

• Passing showers: We may wait for a brief rain shower to pass before departing, provided conditions are safe.
• Lightning or unsafe conditions: Tours will not depart during thunderstorms, lightning or unsafe wind and water conditions.
• Weather cancellation before departure: Receive a 100% full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.
• Weather interrupts your ride: Your guide will return the group safely to the dock. Guests may choose a full refund or free rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Safety decisions: Our crew has final authority to delay, cancel or end any tour due to unsafe conditions.

Guest Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel 24+ hours before departure: Receive a full refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before departure: Nonrefundable, but you may reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Late arrival or no-show: Arrive and check in 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable.
• Missing boating credentials: No refunds for arriving without the required boating safety card or temporary certificate.
• Completing your certificate late: If our crew can accommodate you, time spent completing your certificate after your scheduled departure reduces your remaining riding time. Your scheduled return time remains unchanged.

You do not need to print your certificate. A valid digital copy on your phone is accepted.

Guests who arrive without the required boating credentials may have to complete the process before they can operate a jet ski. If this delays your departure, the time comes out of your scheduled riding time and your return time does not change.

Your one-hour Miami jet ski tour begins at Bayside Marketplace, Slip 26. Follow your guide across Biscayne Bay to the Fisher Island sandbar for sightseeing, sandbar time and supervised free riding.

• Swim, relax or take photos: Enjoy the sandbar and its scenery when conditions allow.
• Keep riding if you prefer: Choose free riding instead of staying at the sandbar. Your guides remain nearby to supervise.
• Skyline and island views: Take in PortMiami, the Downtown Miami skyline, Fisher Island, Virginia Key, South Pointe, South Beach and Miami Beach.
• Watch for manatees: These gentle, plant-eating mammals also drink fresh water. Enjoy watching them quietly from a distance.

Safety First: Our Tour’s Whistle Rules

Safety comes first. Riding time and fun come second. You must follow your tour guide’s instructions immediately.

• No-wake zones are mandatory: Follow posted restrictions throughout your ride, including during supervised free riding.
• First whistle warning: Correct your riding behavior immediately as directed by your guide.
• Second whistle warning: Stop riding safely and follow your guide’s instructions.
• Third whistle warning: The tour ends. The entire group follows the guide back to the dock.

One person’s unsafe riding can end the experience for everyone. Any instruction to stop or return to the dock must be followed immediately—never wait for another warning.
